The Miracle Merchant Guarantee to You

The Miracle Merchant guarantees your satisfaction with Miracle II products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your merchandise, you may return the unused portion within 30 days from the date you received your order for a refund of the merchandise product price. Please email us or call us to receive a RMA # (Return Authorization Number) and the return shipping address to receive your refund. All returns must have an RMA number on the outside of the box; items received without an rma number will be ignored. When we receive the returned merchandise, we will immediately process your refund for the full purchase price of the product(s). The method of refund will be determined by the original method of payment. Shipping charges are not included in the refund.
